The VapeAlert application enables users to access the status, data, and settings of vape detectors deployed in the field.

The Dashboard provides a concise overview of the device status. The Readings page offers both a current and historical data view. On the Settings page, users can adjust system parameters. These sections are continuously updated as sensor data is relayed to the Zeptive application. The settings on this page directly impact how the device is configured.

The Dashboard indicates the instrument's state: READY, STANDBY (STBY), ALERT, ERROR. While in the Ready state, the system is primed for environmental analysis. Standby signifies that the system has completed its analysis and entered sleep mode. An Alert state is triggered by tamper events or instances of vaping detection. The Error state highlights any hardware failures within the system. Furthermore, the Dashboard presents the date, time, and battery charge level. Users can further delve into Alerts by selecting the tab located in the lower right corner. Every alert event is neatly arranged in chronological order.

To access the Readings Page, users can click on the corresponding sensor tile on the main dashboard. Here, data outputs from sensors linked to a particular system are showcased. Users can swiftly identify any Alerts or No Alert status. Gauge representations illustrate each sensor output, while historical data can be visualized through accessible graphs. Users also have the flexibility to select specific time ranges for viewing data, from live readings to as far back as 90 days.

The Settings Page empowers users to tailor detection and warning parameters for sensors. Adjustments to detection thresholds, data transmission rates, and time zone configurations can be made here. Additionally, a toggle switch allows users to activate or deactivate the audible buzzer, with a debug window provided for troubleshooting purposes.
